Do I need to have purchased Slack premium version or I can use Collaborabot with free version of Slack?
You can use Collaborabot even if you use a free version of Slack.
This is also dependent on the structure of Slack's pricing, but as of writing this answer, there is not such requirement.
Do you charge for all of our Slack users?
No, we charge only for users, who are actively being part of Collaborabot's daily scrums.
What payment options do you offer?
You can only pay via your credit/debit card now.
Can I use Collaborabot for free?
Yes, collaborabot is free for max. 4 users.
If I cancel my subscription, will I get refund?
If you cancel your annual subscription, we will refund the aliquot amount, however with monthly subscriptions we do not offer any refunds.
